Print two if you want. What we need is the on back page which is titled Tour Conditions. Please fill this out & send it to us with your deposit & a copy of your passport by August 20th, 2010.
When you make the copy of your passport make another for yourself to keep & take on the trip with you in case your passport is lost or stolen.
